A Fiordland penguin was found struggling against rocks in the shallows at Kennett River, west of Melbourne just by swimming back from NZ. It was taken to Melbourne zoo to get checked on it balance of fluids and nutrients until it was well enough to eat. The penguin has been released back into the wild in hope it will make its way back to its home (NZ).
The penguin had travelled 2500km.

Prime Minister Ardern meets with the Twitter CEO
New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has met up with Jack Dorsey the twitter CEO. She has said if he could extremely get rid of the groups on the social media site. The reason why Prime Minister Ardern has had a meeting with Jack Dorsey is because to keep people safe online and to get rid of the extreme views.
My thoughts on this is Twitter shouldn't be banded. People should just be careful on social media and know what their doing before they do it. It is very important to think before you actually do things your going to do!

Measles Outbreak Hits New Zealand !
There have been a number of cases where people have gotten measles in Auckland, 937 have been reported nation wide. A lot of children have been diagnosed under the age of 5 years and 15-29. Auckland Regional Public Health service says that New Zealand has now lost immunity against measles which is great to hear. Measles appear as little spots on the skin and is highly contagious.
It is important to keep away from others especially if you have measles.

Netball 2019
Yesterday my Netball team and I went to the AMI Courts to compete against other schools. Our team did the best to make our school proud. We lost 3, drew 1 and won 2 games out of the whole 6 games we played. We were a little bit unlucky by coming 13th out of 20 but we did good. For me I was happy to leave school from doing work to have fun out there. My favourite part of the day was eating junk food and representing our school.
Well done team!
